Jacob Schoen | Founder

Training, Healthy Lifestyle, and a "Let's Get After It" Mindset.

I’ve always been driven to pursue what’s most meaningful to me and do it in a way

that is uniquely my own. For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved finding limits, seeking challenges, and discovering what our bodies and lives are truly capable of achieving. Growing up with a mom who was a trainer, I was in gyms from the age of five. My passion for fitness deepened in college, where I began exploring health, performance, and personal growth in earnest. Over the years, I’ve done it all: from Super Slow training and completing Ironman as a 170-pound endurance athlete to becoming a 215-pound bodybuilder and powerlifter, track coach, and advocate for slow-motion gait analysis. I’ve experimented with every approach, from precision mobility to 'just grip it and rip it' functional fitness. These diverse experiences have taught me the 'golden nuggets' of different training methods and how to apply them practically. It took time to find the right mix of strategies that create balance and lasting results. Now, with this diverse background and balanced approach, my drive is to help you build a body and mind capable of achieving anything you set your sights on.

After 10 years of coaching others, I’ve learned that training isn’t just about weightsand reps. It’s about cultivating a powerful mindset and living a healthier, more capable life. Every day, I meet people who want to shift their perspective, gain vitality, and pursue the life of their dreams but feel overwhelmed trying to put all the pieces together alone.
